A seed in a crypto casino is part of a provably fair system that ensures game results aren’t manipulated. Each outcome is generated using three things: a hidden server seed (from the casino), your client seed, and a nonce (a counter that increases with each bet). These are combined and hashed to produce a random result.

The casino first shows a hashed version of the server seed, then later reveals the real one so you can verify that all results were generated fairly. This guarantees transparency, but it doesn’t remove the house edge or help you win consistently.
