I think there is error of omission while calculations of points.  I have been awarded 20 points while i should have 35 points.

You have not considered 15 points which belongs to question related to turnover.  The total turnover were 3 as i can see the stats and i have mentioned 3 as well. So i request you to please have a look and if it so than according to my ranking i shall be awarded grand monthly points if i am eligible.
