My account got hacked and they don't want to recover it

So to start with, I've lost my phone with access to my wallets where I deposited from my account was p3 with 75% and 6 years old. Someone stole my account as I had no 2fa activated. I've sent a mail to [email protected] with my passport selfie and user id also asked for video call to prove that it is me who is the right owner of this account. However they don't want to recover my account due to lack of evidence. What else can I do, I've proven them that it is me who is the rightful owner of this account!!

No they say they can not reset it due to lack of evidence
