So far, I've traveled to exactly 26 countries, and in every country I've visited, I've eaten at places that make the best dishes according to their own cuisine. Despite this, there is no country that can surpass the cuisine of Türkiye, the country where I was born.

Yes, other countries have their own delicious dishes. But overall, when you look at all their dishes, there is no country with a broader cuisine than Türkiye.

If you ever find yourself in Türkiye, be sure to try İskender, mantı, kıymalı pide, and lahmacun before you leave.

What do you think about this? Which country has your favorite dishes?

I’d probably say Italy—their food is simple but full of flavor, from fresh pasta and cheeses to incredible desserts. I also love Japan for its balance and precision in every dish, from sushi to ramen.

Chinese food is good for a short period. Once I spent 3 weeks in China. It was interesting in the beginning but then I started to dream of my local food

Of course, I think Turkish food is the best. Even in the world. Every city has its own unique dishes. I live in Türkiye. I wish I had the chance to host you. We would both sample dishes from our respective cultures and get to know each other.
