Changing seeds with open bets.

I was doing the blackjack challenge for the 1st december today. While I was playing a little and changing the seed every like 20 minutes I noticed something.

When you have an open blackjack bet and try to change the server seed it will give you this error "You can't do this while you have active games." and you're not able to change the server seed until you've finished all your bets.

But now, when you try to change the client seed, it will just let you change it while in game. 

 

Is there an explanation to this? Is the client seed not a part of the bet's outcome?

On the games where the outcome depends on your choice, that wait for your input (mines, blackjack and hilo are examples), you can not change the server seed until the game is finished.

Because if you could change the seed in the middle of the game, you could know the result of the game in advance.
