Having the Daily December Challenges, To may add more religion themes?

Hey, I have no problems with the current Challenges, I love them actually. I'm also a Catholic, so no worries from my point of view.

I'm only here because I saw people which do celebrate stuff similar to our lovely Christmas, just like Hanukkah (I think)) etc.

This is just so others don't get offended. (Which I actually saw on chat).

This is just a suggestion. Please don't take it too seriously.

Also please move this Topic if it's not supposed to be on "Stake Discussion" and please lock it if it's something that can't be worked around to. (Can't be made possible, basically).

I don't think this influence in any way any non Christmas celebrator (person). It's just a way for them to make an event (giveaway) by using some real life event.

If they dont like it just because it's linked to Christmas, just asume the giveaway is a simple giveaway and nothing else...

First of all I believe it never was meant to offend anybody in Stake.

We have to consider that the page is hosted by a probably mostly Christian country. That makes the christmas season of course more usual.

Thinking of worshipping other festivities is a possibility, but that’s not up to me . Maybe something to think about.

I was surprised to see halloween and xmas challenges but no "thanksgiving" or any other holiday seasonal giveaways! So yes I aggree on your point of celebrating other religions holidays!!

Yeah, I fully think the same way. I know it wasn't meant to offend anybody.

I'm only making the thread just to gives awarness to Dan, Edward etc, that some people are getting offended, and if there is a way to "improve it", so they can try and put some of different stuff in lol.

Well about that, It is about all country celebrating this and it was a celebration to all people for a christmas season. What site that didn't celebrate that? It was a common season that already being celebrated so often in this month. I believe some people with different religion will celebrating this, no matter where do you live.

Talking about another celebration that not widely known, it's like..sorry, can't said because I don't know about any of it, and people doesn't really know about those. Only commonly festival that will be added to a seasonal challenge. So, that celebration wouldn't going to be awkward to all people.

Mostly seasonal challenge will depend on the USA , I think.

I don't get offended by it. Every store I go to has Xmas promotions, so it is so mainstream for me, I really don't take it personally. I guess nobody should be complaining about free promotions

Well I believe anyone can celebrate a joyous occassions/celebration as a event to have some fun no matter the religion nor race. For those who felt offended, is it like "Hmm you are not suppose to xxxx since you are not xxxx"? 🤔

Some players aren't catholic! Im muslim and its better to have the holiday season giweaway name and maybe will be more players to try the challenges! Also the claim coupon prize is better then tip from giweaway because some player maybe like to claim after bust or idk.

I do agree with your statements. Really just don't want to see negativity nor people being offended on chat.

If the site owner wants to celebrate Christmas on their site then they should be able to do that. It's a ridiculous thing to be offended by.

lols, just kidding. But Christmas is just a Roman Catholic Saturnalia. .. I think what we are celebrating is the commercialization of a holiday that no longer has any real value, or meaning apart from getting time off work, and spending money. So yeah, let's celebrate, and leave religion out of gambling - or at least say a thank you to Azazel, for teaching mankind how to play dice.

Considering Christmas is a pretty Universal holiday it makes sense that they choose to celebrate it and also if they decided to add any other religious celebrations they would have to add all of them otherwise the ones that don't get added will feel excluded

a Quanza theme, dont have to be any giveawayas or anything, im not trying to get a freebie or whatnot..
just would be nice for Quanza to be recognized as well as other religions.

I think that it nice that Stake does the holiday challenges. I think that Christmas is just commercialized now days but its also the one holiday that is celebrated world wide.
