reymond45 Posted December 14, 2020 #148 Posted December 14, 2020 Gaming, traveling, playing guitar, training I usually didn't train much, but recently I started to do it. I want to gain muscle mass and become a sexy bodybuilder. Tbh, I'm not a very disciplined person, so, for me this consistency is an achievement. In the gym, I focused on the upper body (shoulders, arms, torso), my legs were pumped from the treadmill. If you mean cardio aerobics, I don't like that. It's boring, but it seems with the coronavirus I'll have to deal with this. For even greater effect, I am advised to use peptides and buy PT 143 ( if it's interesting this is the link: https://paradigmpeptides.com/product/pt-141-10mg/), but I'm not sure yet. I don't have any gym equipment at home. In general, my training is nothing special, I train on simulators with a trainer for the full effect for about an hour. I follow the food, I drink enough water.
