Ico's a term we all know if you don't it's basically just the starting of a new coin the dev team starts up Ico's to get investors for the coin they are going to release soon. So if the price increases from what the price was when it was initially brought the investors get profits.

Bitcoin the coin that we use in our day to day life whether it's fit gambling or for paying someone for the service or for anything in general.

Bitcoin and Ico's are different because Ico's aren't yet released in the market where as bitcoin is. Now think you are an investor so which would you prefer to invest in ? Would it be Ico's or in bitcoin ?

I would go for bitcoin , because due to analytics of scam Ico's these year it shows that more than 20% of the Ico's were a scam and another reason for doing so would be since I don't have to wait until the coin comes up in a market that wants customers to complete KYC.

Wouldn't touch an ICO with a 10 ft pole. Nothing but bad news vast majority of time - No matter how appealing they sound, their track records simply suck. You'd have to really know the project creators on a personal level and trust them further than their marketing campaigns to believe your funding will be used to help the creation a legitimate product.

Many ico in 2018 turned into scam, so every investor lost 100% of the investiment. I don't think this could be safe... you could split the investiment in many icos but some of them will never pay you. I experienced this is 2018.

Bitcoin is somehow safer from this point of view.

For now, I would like to say no for ICO. This year, thousand of ICO was created and many of them (mosly) fail or being scam. This records make me feel to stay away from ICO.

Hello, i would say that when comparing bitcoin and ICO tokens, it is important to note that you are not comparing like-for-like. Bitcoin is a digital currency that is used to store, send, and receive financial payments while most ICO tokens are utility tokens that play a specific role within a specific blockchain platform. It is, therefore, difficult to judge whether a bitcoin investment or an ICO investment is better. That decision is always up to the investor and is closely tied in with the investor’s risk preference. ICO tokens are a much riskier investment than bitcoin, but they also carry a higher potential to generate much higher returns if you manage to pick the right ones.At the end of the day, the smartest way to invest in digital assets is to build a well-diversified portfolio based on your risk preference and investment goals. Such a portfolio would likely include a substantial holding in bitcoin and small exposure to promising ICO tokens. The more conservative an investor is, the higher his or her bitcoin holding would be, while a more adventurous risk-taking investor would allocate a higher percentage to promising ICO tokens. To stay abreast of the world of investment in digital currencies and altcoins, take a moment to subscribe to the Bitcoin Market Journal newsletter today.  There you will find the most compelling stories about new finance and the investment opportunities it represents.

Would chose btc over icos. I just thought some icos just doesn’t deliver what you expected it to be. Although there are some good projects but then again I would still stick to btc.

It's better to chose ICO over bitcoin when it comes to easy profit , though bitcoin is the king of all but when you invest in right ICO that has a good project and team behind it you will gain profit . Also participating in ICO that has a good bonus every tier is an advantage that you want to grab to easy earn money .
