In my experience, I almost never change the seed while playing. Changing the seed doesn’t really have any power to change the outcomes, since the results are generated by the provably fair system anyway. Because of that, resetting or changing the seed usually doesn’t make any real difference to the results you get.

For me, it feels unnecessary to keep changing it, since every roll or spin is already predetermined by the system’s fairness algorithm. So most of the time I just keep playing without touching the seed unless I want to reset it for personal preference.
