Affiliate commissions not updating

Howdy peeps.

How long does it take for affiliate commissions to update?

This user registered a week ago and leveled up to Platinum VI already but it shows 0 deposits and commissions are  0.00? Make it make sense. 

Support are not able to assist. 

Anyone with a similar, past experience here?

Support are saying I must contact the referred user and tell him to contact them so they can confirm if he used my code. 

What's the point of affiliate links then? Can't use them on a website? How are you supposed to obtain the users details when they click on your campaign link?

Stake have gained a high roller through my efforts to have a website designed, a user who has wagered around $17 mil in one week, he has reached 51% on plat VI in a week and they have done something to my account so my commissions which are most likely sitting at around $15k-$25k now is not showing - it shows no deposits, everything is blank? This is not acceptable @Mikey please get Eddie on this as support are stonewalling my every attempt to get this resolved and keep saying my account is fine, but it's clearly not.
