I have been unable to deposit since October, as you guys removed Bank Transfer Payment. Please do something about it. Secondly, AI chatbots are not good for these kinds of problems, and bring mail support to better understand your users. Please.

It’s frustrating when technical hurdles get in the way of basic functionality, and while I usually spend my time exploring smoother interfaces like the ones found at https://www.cogniteq.com/fitness-apps dealing with broken payment systems and unhelpful bots really highlights the need for better user-focused design. I am experiencing the exact same. Have you found any other methods or specific e wallets that actually work, or are you just stuck? Thanks. Edited April 22 by CraigH
