Why do I only get Depo 500 get 500 bonus emails???

I like playing on stake but I don't know why they send me these I deposit like 5k a month already the last 3 emails haven't worked even though I'm sure Ive deposited and wagered enough in that time. 

Honestly I'm down like 20kusd on stake and a 500 bonus would be insane. But now its like day 5 waiting for support to tell me I'm probably not eligible and I wasted another 500usd just tryna hit the bonus. I'm starting to think Im just not valued
