Yo hi everyone syedsaif123412 here, I was on a tennis run made 7k from 1k$ in which 500$ was stake promotion bonus 500 were mine. I analyzed tennis well and was winning, I was not only winning yeah but most of the time I was winning and was sharing my bets in sports chat. Many people in chat witnessed that and are in my support. I'm here about 4 years never acted suspicious lost a lot had good connections with people in chat. Then suddenly I took a tennis bet was watching the game and was winning. I was analyzing other bet and when I was picking it and writing in the chat what I was picking got a suspicious notification that we suspended your account temporarily. I was in a shock that what did I do, messaged many friends who were on stake they guide me to ask support after writing support I got a mad girl there she said me to first verify level 2 with your selfie and holding id card, I did and got level 2 verified then they ask me to verify level 3 and level 4. I submitted my documents, then they sent me a veriff link on my mail asking for live id card picture with your selfie I did, after that received an email that your account permanently suspended. They banned everything on my account withdrawals deposits chat and everything. The thing is if my verification was not good or clear they could have given me another but why they directly suspended my account writing fraud attempts and why they did this when I was in profit, they never asked me this when I was losing or they never asked me about this in my 4 years using this platform. I sincerely request the management to give me a chance to verify again or if no so please allow me to withdraw my funds .

Ich verstehe deinen Frust total, das klingt wirklich unfair aus deiner Sicht. Gerade wenn du über Jahre aktiv warst, transparent im Chat geteilt hast und dann mitten in einer Gewinnphase plötzlich so eine Sperre bekommst, fühlt sich das wie ein Schlag ins Gesicht an. Trotzdem gehen https://betonredcasino-ch.ch/ Plattformen bei Verdacht auf Regelverstöße oft sehr strikt vor, besonders bei Verifizierungen. Dass du alle Schritte gemacht hast und trotzdem direkt gesperrt wurdest, ist natürlich schwer nachzuvollziehen. Ich würde dir raten, ruhig und sachlich nochmal den Support zu kontaktieren und konkret um eine erneute Prüfung oder zumindest die Auszahlung deines Guthabens zu bitten.
