I reached Gold VIP a while ago but I haven’t received any ladder bonus yet and I’m still waiting for it. Does it drop randomly? If not, does that mean I’m not eligible?

dont worry i also didnt got ladder bonus i wagered more than 100 thousand dollars in 2 days and still got nothing

It's completely random, even I was not Even close to gold but yet received recently it was my second bonus after 1 year gap 💀
