LAST LEG lost promotion needs clarification

So it’s saying that for you to be eligible lost leg odds must not be more than 5X.

 

but what about the people who has only one match and they had same game multi and lost by only one leg. Does that count or not? 
Need clarification

It's not really possible to have only 1 leg since there is a rule, "You need to have at least 6 matches/selections total."

@DragoslavP are these both eligible for the promotion? 
 

One has a void bet leg and a half loss bet with a complete loss leg.

 

other has 35x one game selection and lost one leg. Sharing the pictures below
