How can you talk to a real support person about a withdrawal issue?

Hi, I've been trying to talk to a support person on Stake about a stuck withdrawal and I can't for the life of me figure out a way to talk to an actual person to help me with this issue. All I get are bot replies, and there's no option for me to actually type anything at all.

If someone here could please, please just get back to me about this, it'd be really appreciated. I don't know what else to do at this point. The email doesn't work, the live support doesn't work, I'm just lost on what to do at this point. I haven't been able to speak to an actual human about this at all.

I tried 3 times to withdraw and it shows up as successful, but nothing else has happened. If someone from support staff could please look into this, it'd be really appreciated. Atleast to cancel the transaction so I can convert to crypto on site.
