Finding bugs.. What would you do?

Lets say you exploited it and got like 1 BTC for example I pretty sure staff would stop you from withdrawing so you would loose all the money you got from exploiting and get your account banned

Well, to be completely honest, I would definitely exploit it for a few hours, but by the end of my session I would 100% report it to the Staff. I mean the bug is going to get patched sooner or later and its better if it happens sooner cuz it might be profitable for me, but it might be the complete opposite for the other person. Maybe I bet small and win big but for the other, they bet big and lose all.

Plus stake a site we all love and return to everyday. Wouldn't want to ruin it by coming back only for the bug and making money and not for the amazing community!

The question here is very simple.. What would you do if you would find a bug inside the site / forum that could benefit you in a "good" (profitable) way?

 Would you report it? Would you keep it for yourself and make as much money as you could before thinking about reporting it to Staff / Support team?

I would report it immediately and hope to get some extra cash for finding dangerous bug. Using this bug for advantage would not be my choice because I am not that kind of person and the bug would eventually will be found out by staff anyway after they see that you won a lot of money over time. that would get you in trouble anyway.

I loved the first part of your post.. you were one of the few with the courage to assure that you would first abuse of it for a time and only then report it to Support... thumbs up for your courage man! 👍👍👍

Thats a very good question. Thats definitely a test of character  to which choice to make under such circumstance. But in the end,, there will always be two sides of the coin. we may say we will do this or do that, but nothing is certain. everything and everyone are constantly changing. so i try to remain in balance and try not to predict what my actions will be. The day when i will have to make a similiar choice, only then will i know which side of the coin i land on.  As many will say they will report as to say theyre honest, but faced with unknown circumstances, anyone could quickly change. Or maybe some are just saints that they know no matter what, even when they need money to save their life or any love ones that they will report the solution to their dillema... ;/ lol ..  btw that was just an example of situations that can make an individual change their outlook of things.. that is why i say nothing is permanent and by saying you will report or not report it, is not a fact till it happens.

   Bigmann23  had a situation at another site where he spotted a pretty major  bug and he was paid $300.  If there is a bug and it's affecting the outcome of the players bets and its not reported well then the person that finds it and doesn't report it is just dumb or a jerk.  So yeah anyway I would most definitely report it.

As much as I want money. I'd rather report it anyway and right away, in the long run you'll probably meet karma abusing the bug .

im not sure what is consired as a bug but the best thing to do is to report it to support and don not try to take advantage of it, out of self righteousness and integrity

ok well... having more chance to think about this...
its tricky, cause there may be a bug that is slightly advantageous to a user.. .and if they report it and it gets patched, and no compensation given to the user who reported it due to the devs or admins not really agreeing that its exploitable even though it is...  kinda thing... 

then the person who reported it is shit out of luck and no longer gets to use a bug they have been using for soooo long... just to have reported it to get fixed... for nothing...

Hello, to be honest, I would use it to make some profits but not a high amount which would harm stake, maybe i would take back what ive bust and then i would report it to forum or on support-chat. However, have any of you actually ever found any bug?

Lol a nice question, and probably of the ones that you cannot be 100% sure what will you unless you will find yourself in that situation.

But I think that I would make some money out of it, which would probably not hurt stake at all, and then after withdraw I'd report the bug (I would reward myself for finding it xd)

Hmm.. Depends on what bug is it. I think maybe when it have a positive income from me, maybe i will enjoy it for a while, cause i think that will give me much more profit than usually ( honestly )
