[Feedback] Forced Chat Switch When Entering Sports Section

Hey Stake team,

One UX issue I keep running into: every time you navigate to the Sports section, you're automatically pulled out of your current chat room and switched to Sports chat. No confirmation, no choice.

I've heard this from other players too — some of them actively avoid the Sports section just because of this. That's real engagement being lost over something that should be a simple fix.

Suggestion: make it optional. A quick "Switch to Sports chat?" prompt or a toggle would do the trick. Let users decide.

Stake is honestly one of the best platforms out there compared to alternatives — the overall experience is on another level. That's exactly why I believe the team will take this kind of feedback seriously and act on it. Small improvements like this are what keep Stake ahead of the competition.

Thank you for contacting us. 

That option is designed to make it easier for you, so you don’t have to switch manually when transferring from Casino to Sports and vice versa.

I get the idea, but the problem is many players don't want to be switched automatically — they're mid-conversation and get pulled out without a choice. I've heard this from multiple users.

Would it be possible to add a toggle in settings to turn this on/off? That way everyone gets the experience they prefer. Would love to see it passed on to the product team! 🙏
