Que tal soy Christian  

Soy de El Salvador y sé hablar español porque es mi lengua nativa.

Entiendo que podemos hacer una buena comunidad junta y desde hace tiempo hace falta soporte en español 😀.

Estoy a su disposición, si quieren que ayude a personas con sus preguntas o algunas dudas con gusto lo haré.

I have had previous experience in moderating chats and keeping order as well as being a leader and someone that people can lean on for support when they need help. I have done this in many of my jobs as I do home office and work remotely. The chats that I have moderated have had anywhere from 25 to 15000 users at one time. I think I would be a good fit because I love the Stake community and I am fully aware of how important the role of the moderators are in keeping the chat a healthy, clean and organized environment for all. You also mentioned you want someone that is serious and long term, those are two things  that I am more than willing to bring to the table.

Tengo experiencia previa moderando chats y manteniendo el orden ademas organizado, de ser un líder y una persona en quien confiar y buscar cuando se necesita ayuda. He desempeñado estas funciones en muchos de mis trabajos, ya que actualmente trabajo de forma remota. Los chats que he moderado anteriormente han tenido entre 25 y 15000 usuarios simultáneamente. El español es mi lengua materna, ya que resido en México.

Mi disponibilidad esta completamente disponible las 24 horas los siete dias de la semana.

Creo que encajaría bien porque tengo un amor enorme por la comunidad de Stake y soy plenamente consciente de la importancia del papel de los moderadores para mantener el chat como un entorno sano, limpio y organizado para todos. Además, cuando tenga la oportunidad, siempre me esforzaré al máximo para demostrar por qué elegirme no fue un error, al contrario una buena elección y por qué merezco ocupar ese lugar. También mencionaron que buscan a alguien serio y comprometido a largo plazo, dos cualidades de  que estoy más que dispuesto a aportar al 100%.
