so keeping the big studios with great production team out of this, any indie developer or solo game developers who have launched their game....are you in profit? the model looks great but since so many games come so fast...is it really making money...??

It is practically impossible for an individual to launch their own game not just financially, but also because obtaining a license is difficult in the first place.

do you need a license to host on stake ?

Not if you're using Stake Engine. No idea what they're referring to.

Making profit will depend how many people play your game, and how many people win big. You only get a cut of the profits, so if people are maxing your game often, you probably won't earn much.

I feel Stake is a bit misleading how easy it is for "anyone" to make a game though. You need a really, really solid understanding of Typescript (Javascript) to understand the code and create your own features, and you need a really solid understanding of how to create the assets. If you don't have experience in either of these things, you'll struggle even just asset swapping their sample games.

@avainferithank you for the insight...i understand what you are saying...I do have some experience in design, and I am kind of very close to making a basic one...was just very curios as to whether it will be even approved at all...it has been a fun side project....and I do see the potential in it...hence wanted to know if someone has experience as a solo or a small team developer?
