blueprints Posted December 8, 2018 #1 Posted December 8, 2018 Sometimes I will post or make a topic and then forget about it, but usually when I come back to forums I will remember it and check it out of curiosity for what others have to say in response. So for me, I will eventually check on them and read everything but I never have a sense of urgency with these things but im also lazy and unorganized. My Question to you guys is: How do you keep track of your topics and posts? Do you check everything you submitted upon every forum visit? Or perhaps once a day, month, never, 24/7. I cant help but have a feeling like i should be right on these things since they are my work so i take responsibility for them and should care people read my stuff correctly so that everyone's free of misunderstandings. But im lazy
chrisconn63 Posted December 8, 2018 #2 Posted December 8, 2018 nope, wish i could but dont really have time for that. usually working so cant be staring at my phone every 2 seconds
Mahdirakib87 Posted December 8, 2018 #3 Posted December 8, 2018 I don't like to create post. I also come several time a day at forum. But don't created much post. I come and see new topics. I do as well, it may take a couple days depending on what was said or being discussed however i make it a point to check. im also wondering if ViP memebers who make topics have more topics per day they get full py per post on.. ? cause it seems vip memeber tend to make more than a day much more than non vips i dont know much about all that tho, but lets be honest... a lot of nonsense flies around especially the last month so many newbies so many random posts and threads. And i think mods are jumping the gun on deleting sometimes. Anyways be thougtful guys

If someone replies to my topics and I stumble across it by accident I will answer but most of the time I dont see it. I hate being notified for every reply one topic gets so I turned that off.

Realraidengod Posted December 9, 2018 #9 Posted December 9, 2018 i dont really i just like to comment on othr peoples post cuz me myself dont post or make topics that often
kayke94 Posted December 9, 2018 #10 Posted December 9, 2018 yeah i just check them random and from time to time not really in a pattern. i get notifications but really i never open them
KiXxnTRiXx Posted December 10, 2018 #11 Posted December 10, 2018 I try to keep up with my topics, but most times i tend to forget... there are just way too many to keep up with it all..
jualid Posted December 10, 2018 #12 Posted December 10, 2018 I usually check it everytime a new post posted on the thread i post but it depends too.
williamshennie9 Posted December 11, 2018 #13 Posted December 11, 2018 I usually follow my topics closely. Since I don't create a lot of topics (I reply a lot though), it is easy for me. I usually follow it closely for a week or so, and then it will die down, so I won't keep such a close eye on it. For topics that are continuously popular, I do keep a close eye on those
Shaniqua Posted December 11, 2018 #14 Posted December 11, 2018 i check in more often nowadays, i try to leave dead topics alone though. its not the best practice to revive old death .... you know whata mean?
bmg Posted December 13, 2018 #15 Posted December 13, 2018 yes I do check in on the topic's I post. For most of my topics that i post I usually ask for others opinions or feed back. Plus I just like to see if what I have posted has any affect on anyone. I love to read some of the reactions I get.
Paecga129 Posted December 13, 2018 #16 Posted December 13, 2018 Ya know I guess I never really thought about it but no I do not really keep up with them because they are lost in the forum after you post them ..... Is there a section for looking at just the posts you have made? ? I dont think there is but if I am wrong can someone point me in the right direction ...
Kristoffff Posted December 13, 2018 #17 Posted December 13, 2018 I try to look back, atleast I'm glad I get notified when someone liked or replied to one of my answers. That's pretty much it. If there are no new replies or interesting points to be made.
Moderator Flan Posted December 13, 2018 Moderator #18 Posted December 13, 2018 Only if I got notification, I would read again my topic and trying to reply the recent discussion on my topics. I don't have good memory, so I may read them again from start. I even forgot what topics that I already created
santachuuck Posted December 13, 2018 #19 Posted December 13, 2018 Hey Im not a guy that makes a lot of posts on forum but when I do it I'll just check it like twice a day like my last post When the FUN stops STOP that one I check preety often since people keep comment on it :).
Bigmann23 Posted December 13, 2018 #20 Posted December 13, 2018 i dont know how anyone keeps track of anything on here. theres no real system that i can see for one to organize thier post and the searches give you everything yo were not looking for.

But im lazy It honestly depends on the topic itself. Posts with questions or issues i tend to check as soon as i get a notification about it. Some of my other topics on the other hand, like the one about the discord giveaways, i might not check back on for a few days so i can see more than one persons response. I can't say I have a topic that I never looked back at. 20 hours ago, Bigmann23 said: i dont know how anyone keeps track of anything on here. theres no real system that i can see for one to organize thier post and the searches give you everything yo were not looking for. Using the notification system is a good way. You can edit it at the top of the before you post. Also, on individual player's pages at the top on the right side, there is a button to see all of their activity. Here is the link to yours. https://forum.stake.com/profile/236-bigmann23/content/
Shaniqua Posted December 15, 2018 #22 Posted December 15, 2018 if you guys use the "follow your own content" function when making the thread, it makes things so much easier to be able to check in when there is a reply
FotisNt Posted February 9, 2019 #23 Posted February 9, 2019 Well I'm mostly replying to random posts on forum, I'm not making my own topic while I've ran out of ideas.
polor12 Posted February 12, 2019 #24 Posted February 12, 2019 nope.. the only way to see if anyone that interested in your post it will pop up with a new comment..by notification or trending..stop posting myself.. most likely a person will post the same thing different title..
Kate Posted February 12, 2019 #25 Posted February 12, 2019 I keep track Only if i believe the topic can help others and if the topic can never be dead like for eg : The tutorials are topics which can help others so i would update it if any updates are made.
