Why wasn't I given the bonus? Even though I placed the exact same bet that you told me to, I still didn't receive any bonus. I placed a bet of $2.1, but I didn't get anything. Please don't treat me unfairly like this. There is no promotion ban on my ID, it is Level 2 verified, and I am at the Bronze level. Despite all this, I wasn't given the bonus.💔💔

Oh god, I missed out on my bonus because of one small mistake. My phone hangs a lot and doesn't allow me to copy-paste, so I had to type the Bet ID manually. I accidentally typed a '27' instead of an '68'. I’m so sorry for wasting your time.
