On March 20, 2026, I received an email with the following content: $100,000 bet, $500 bonus, $1,000,000 bet, $5,000 bonus. I updated this email an hour later, deposited money into my account, and started fulfilling the wagering requirements. I had 10 days to fulfill the requirements, and by the end of the 8th day, 1,001,000 bets had been placed in my account. In the last 2 days, I placed another 64,000 bets, bringing my total bet count to 1,065,000. Today I only received a bonus of 500. But I was supposed to receive a bonus of 5,000. I am telling VIP customer service that I have completed the process, I cannot give any other answer. I also have screenshots. Looking at the screenshots, do you think the wager is complete? yatak123 Posted April 1 #3 Posted April 1 I also need help with this as well. I have done more than 100k wager after Ive received the mail, but got no bonus. Im still waiting for my host + support to help. Im %100 confident that the wager is done. I can also prove this by sharing my statistics as well. I believe there is a time problem in this, they probably calculated the wager after several hours this email was sent. hope they resolve the issue. Jbkr0wn and DeadSuccess 2
