Community Manager NemanjaPi Posted April 2 Community Manager #2 Posted April 2 My day usually starts with ,tuna, eggs, and a block of parmesan. After that, I prepare some kind of meat, but every day or every other day I make it in a different way. I try to eat roughly a high-protein, moderate-fat, low-carb diet twice a day, which I think everyone should follow. Honestly, I believe that carbohydrates, instead of giving energy, actually take it away, especially white bread and sugars. I forgot to mention coffee, since I can count it as part of the diet, or maybe even a Monster (not the best option), but it’s a necessary evil for training. In the evening, I either go for pure/lean meat like chicken breasts or drink a protein shake. That’s how I try to hit all my macros, and I also include some fiber with dinner(Fiber isn’t that essential for a perfectly healthy body, especially not to the extent people emphasize it,the best sources from fruits and vegetables are spinach, leafy greens, and blueberries, with maybe a bit broccoli, and only occasionally.) cabs areeeeeeeeeee evill . waqas666 and Aerena09 1 1

Moderator StefanTl Posted April 2 Moderator #5 Posted April 2 I follow a pretty similar diet to Nemanja's, high protein, low carbs. It just works well for me. I also eat a lot of cooked vegetables, usually have fruit as a snack during the day, and try to eat more fish. It keeps me feeling full and gives me steady energy, especially when I’m active. flexin00 and Aerena09 1 1
Moderator AndreaMT Posted April 3 Moderator #6 Posted April 3 I don’t follow any specific diet, and it’s really hard for me to give up sweets because I love them so much. 🧁They’re definitely my weakness. The only healthy habits I stick to are not eating bread and avoiding fried meat. I know my diet isn’t the best, but step by step, it will improve...hopefully.😁 Aerena09 1

calista3108 Posted April 11 #10 Posted April 11 I prioritize high protein like chicken breast and eggs to build muscle. I definitely avoid sugary drinks to keep my belly slim! 💪🍗 Aerena09 1
Moderator KatarinaDo Posted April 11 Moderator #11 Posted April 11 I don’t follow any specific diet, but I try to keep most of my meals healthy and balanced. Of course, there are times when I just have to treat myself to something like cake or pasta. But overall, I eat pretty well since both my boyfriend and I work out regularly and try to take good care of our health. AleksandarG and Aerena09 1 1
Aerena09 Posted April 12 Author #12 Posted April 12 In my Opinion, Eating eggs daily is not harmful for most people, but balance is important. Including a variety of foods like sprouts, dals, paneer, and nuts is a smart and healthy approach.

Azura Posted Saturday at 03:59 PM #21 Posted Saturday at 03:59 PM your body is an metabolism oven ... so when u wake up do a lymph nodes massage ... morning carbon ... midday animal fat ... evening protein ... but if u reduce time between meals ... and stay over 16 hours hungry ur body can burn ur underskin fat and old necro cells ... u can raise the burnfatplank even more by doing sport ... when ur metabolism rolling on highest and u do caloric deficit ... u may reach ur healthy bmi just in month which can hold for few years. however this is just a part for the food ... cuz the muscles can burn fat even you like to be a couchpotato.
