My stake account got suspended out of no where i am unable to withdraw my life savings also unable to place bets have mailed [email protected] but there has been no reply for the past 8 hours i don't have a clue whats going on pls someone help

I have also mailed [email protected] but the same thing, i am getting no replies.

Its been complete 40 hours and no contact from support not even live support is working no email just the same message i cannot wait any longer its the start of the month i have to pay my rent stake pls help

i am only asking because a total sum of 3000 dollars were suspended, not a small amount have to pay my bills or literally i have to sell my car

I'm sorry, but they're going to confiscate your money. The same thing happened to me. They're refusing to verify the transaction to avoid paying the money. They confiscated my $1300, which I invested myself and from which I received no profit whatsoever.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience, and I understand how frustrating that must feel. However, please note that funds are never confiscated without a valid reason. In most cases, delays or issues like this are related to verification requirements, payment provider responses, or incomplete transaction details.


I’d recommend that you (or the affected user) reach out to support with all relevant proof of payment, including transaction IDs, receipts, and timestamps. The team will review the case thoroughly and provide an update as soon as possible.

There has been no progress. The issue I opened regarding the seizure of my own money has been closed by the Stake moderators. Unfortunately, they seized my own deposited money, which I haven't benefited from in any way, including earnings or bonuses. It's been about 15 days and there's no solution, and unfortunately, I can't access my account.
