Feuchtebuxxe Posted April 3 #1 Posted April 3 @DragoslavP What are rules actually for? Here this bet (sport:541851632) Many people look at the rules and try to make the best possible decisions while strictly following them. But then things like this happen that are simply hard to understand. Last month, @JessD26 allowed a wrong participant to win, even though, from my understanding, that person had nothing to do with the promotion or did not meet the requirements. And now again, I either don’t understand something, or maybe I’m misunderstanding the rules. The rules clearly state: “Minimum odds on the last (losing) match/selection that was lost cannot be higher than 5x.” So how is it possible that someone wins now even though their losing bet had odds of 101? That completely contradicts this rule. By that logic, someone could have just placed a bet with odds of 1000 and still become a winner. And then again the response is: “We’re sorry, the prize has already been paid out.” That’s great, but it doesn’t help the other participants. It can’t be right that people who don’t follow the rules end up benefiting, while those who do follow the rules are put at a disadvantage and have fewer chances to win. I truly don’t understand how the winners are evaluated. Is this even being properly checked anymore? Or is the prize simply paid out first and then it’s said that nothing can be done afterward? Would this bet also count if I posted it now @DragoslavP ? sport:548323840 Outrageous.
Feuchtebuxxe Posted April 5 Author #3 Posted April 5 Ignoring me is obviously another easy option instead of simply admitting the truth and being transparent about how the winners are actually selected — for example, whether it’s automatically chosen by a bot or some other system. A clear and honest explanation would be much better than just staying silent. @DragoslavP
Community Manager DragoslavP Posted April 16 Community Manager #4 Posted April 16 Hello @Feuchtebuxxe I'm sorry for the late response; somehow, this slipped through my notifications. As you mentioned, the rule clearly states: “Minimum odds on the last (losing) match/selection that was lost cannot be higher than 5x." It says last selection, not “last Same Game Multi.” I understand how this could be confusing at first, but the purpose of this rule is very specific. It exists to prevent slips structured like this: 1.01x ✅ 1.01x ✅ 1.01x ✅ 1.01x ✅ 1000x ❌ Total odds: 1000.5x Without this rule, someone could stack several very low, almost guaranteed odds and then add one extremely high and unrealistic selection at the end just to artificially inflate the total odds. That’s exactly what this rule is designed to prevent. So the restriction applies strictly to the last losing selection or a match, regardless of whether it’s part of a Same Game Multi or a regular pick. Additionally, The bet that you've asked about (sport:548323840) would not be winning since it has 2 losing selections. Best regards, DragoslavP. Nonikunyu and Feuchtebuxxe 2

FilthyMan1 Posted April 16 #7 Posted April 16 @DragoslavP will you be updating the sportsbooks leaderboards promotions --- I am just hoping that I am qualifying with my bet --- its the last leg and the highest multi
cabya Posted April 20 #8 Posted April 20 @DragoslavP Hello, I have a question I couldn't find an answer to. In this sports competition, regarding one of the rules, namely: "You need to have at least 6 matches/selections total.". Do "selections" count toward the total or not? For example: 1. Game 1. selections ✅ 2. selections ✅ 3. selections ✅ 4. selections ❌ 2. Game 1. selections ✅ 2. selections ✅ (in total we see that there are 6 of them) This is compliant with the rules and the express bet is eligible for winning ? Or do I need to follow the double rule, that is, in this way : 1. Game 1. selections✅ 2. selections✅ 3. selections✅ 4. selections✅ 5. selections✅ 6. selections❌ 2. Game 1. selections✅ 2. selections✅ 3. selections✅ 4. selections✅ 5. selections✅ 6. selections✅ I understood the rest of the rules perfectly well, no clarification is required, thanks. To be as precise as possible in the question, tell us about this case, will it be counted in this competition? sport:549207825 What I see is that the person has 5 matches (which doesn't qualify according to the rule, as 6 or more are required), and at the point where he lost, there were 4 selections in that match, not 6 or more. Thanks in advance for clarification.
Feuchtebuxxe Posted April 22 Author #9 Posted April 22 @233bambucha Because it is a Same Game Multi bet, the odds of 101 are calculated together from all the selected bets. So in this case, only one selection was actually wrong. That losing selection probably had odds of around 1.50 or 2.00. I’m not exactly sure how the calculation is done, but based on how @DragoslavP explained it to me, that’s how I understood it
Community Manager DragoslavP Posted April 22 Community Manager #11 Posted April 22 Hello @cabya That bet would be eligible; you only need a total of 6 selections or matches. Best regards, DragoslavP.
