HR code this week is 1 million wager??

Out of every week you had to do this week 1 million wager? I have over 900k wager in 2 weeks and I couldn't claim last week "fully claimed" (maybe my stream was delayed, so that was my fault) and this week it's 1 million wager. 

I think it's unfair for those who wager few hundred k and expect to have a chance to claim HR code for some lossback, the right way should be to either announce the abnormally high wager requirement in advance, or do another HR code at the usual wager requirement.
