hello. i did find an odd / bet on bet - active bets from 2024. and when i asked customerservice they said i didnt have any active bets, when i checked i had. i had a "wierd" bet on an odd ammont. when i scanned my json file from that day the ai didnt find any bets from this slot. its wierd that i didnt do any other spinns on this slot that day. and suddently did ahuge bet like this

 

and im so disapointed in customerservice! i had 0 help from them today. only denies and even proven wrong. i get excuses. sad. i get 0 answers if it was a bonus buy or anything. this is not the first time. truly sad form a casino i have invested so mutch time and money in
