Can we receive rainwater reasonably and fairly?

All the rainwater is being collected by the studio. They're all one person... The administrators are banning accounts daily, but it doesn't stop them from constantly changing accounts. this is known issue, even here there are many duplicate stake id and stake forum accounts operated by only 1 person

i agree they are mostly all alt accounts as well
