Is it normal that I haven’t received any promotional emails during this time?

You aren't going to get bonuses/promotions left & right when you're within less than $1000 loss.

And you been here what? 7-8 months?

Some of us been here 5+ years. Down tens/hundreds of thousands, yet we barely get them.

 

If you're in big + and stop playing for a while, that's when they'll send you bonuses. That's when they want you back to lose your shit.. not when you're barely deposing.

Man, I’ve already lost $20,000 on this site. How much more could I lose in the next five months?
