Why do you tip people?

I like to tip people for a few different reasons.  First reason is because i like to share and it makes me happy to see others happy .  Second is tipping my good friends aka my family. Why not share with the ones you love. They are the awesome. And third i try to tip those back who have tipped me if i can. Lately my funds have been way low so its been hard for me to tip but if anyone knows me they know i like to tip when i can.❤🍀😊

It’s good to share via tipping especially if the amount doesn’t hurt... 

Having said that, it’s still not that much of a habit for me personally. Most tips feel like rep-boosters or are usually catered to a separate bunch of users in chat anyway.

because I like them or they keep the chat active. There are so many passive beggars tho or people who use alt accounts that it's hard to actually tip good ones only.

I do not tip random people, I tip only my friends and doing trivias. I'm not so generous to tip people, who I even don't know, so doing trivias - is the best way, if u want to share part of your winnings. I hate, when you send your winning game and unknown guys who you has never seen add your in friends and ask for money... I think, no one will tip them 😄

But I've seen a lot of times, when guy wins a lot and just tip all people, who are in the chat... They are so generous, thx for it 😄 Maybe they believe in "Karma" and hope they will win more

It's gambling, not online earning, so "try to make some profit" doesn't fit as reason for beg. It's for entertainment. If someone can't afford gambling, he shouldn't do that at all. Begg to be able to gamble is... sad.

I used to tip people when i started gambling. I thought it would be good to share our luck with others. But, tipping would only attract many alts and beggars. So, the best thing to do is to tip people who had been helpful when we had hard times.

I use to tip the ones busting, because i know how it feels busting and having to use faucet, but now i only tip those who helps me as well when im at 0 balance.. most people are ungrateful and just take and take..

i only tip someone if they have done something to deserve a tip..  basically its a payment....  sometimes goodwill  but only goodwill to people who deserve it

I tip when i can with the thougt that it might help someone else that might be down on thier luck. Many times a random tip even a small one has taken me from broke to fire and it feels good to see that happen to someone else.

I rarely tip, but I do some trivias to spice up the spanish chat. I prefer the trivias because I get fun myself, and the person who wins don't see it as a tip, but as a prize. Everybody wins.

I only tip when I win big. For me it's when I win at least 1 million satoshis. Then I try to spend on tips at least 50k. I think it's fair and I do this because I hope that others who win big sometimes they will share their winnings too. It helps to build community. Most of the tips will be busted anyway so it's not like we are taking advantage of this or cheating stake.  It's just fun to receive and give tips.

i tip people before i bust so when indo bust i feel the money did not go to waste and that i made someone feel happy, eveen for a moment

After busting today, once again, and got absolutely ignored by peolle youve just recently helped out, i questioned why  do i. It is becausr i feel guilty whenn they ask and not got the heart to say no. Even though youve been ignored by the same person just prior to a small win. Sometimes i wish i can just be an asshole, life would be much more simple. But as a blessing and curse, i still feel empathy towards others even to those who does not deserve it.

It's a strange thing about how tipping is nowadays felt by some meant to be a reciprocal gesture of love of somewhat, maybe to some extent it holds much true to some. The levels and types expectations on a what a tip from who it is from and also what it implies and most noticably when some are very much affected emotionally when one do not get tip back as often one expects when has supposedly contributed much to those they expected reciprocity from at difficult times might be the main issue here somewhat. Well this is just a pondering thought and observation of mine, a food for thought in the discussion of Stake chat tipping. 🤔
