Plat III getting 1$ reloads and no gameplay bonus

Hi I just got yesterday Plat 3, was expecting some nice bonus considering I mainly played slots and didnt wager with dice.

However Stake gave me $800 which is bare minimum for that rank, gave me no recent gameplay bonus and to top it all off they gave me $1 reload for 42 days

I am down this month $7000 and my overall PNL is $-39,000

Why would they do this I don't understand is this way for them to save more money or what? Its actually criminal that I got this low of rewards.

Yeah support wont help u at all. Is not like they do much in all honesty.  Mainly prompt responses which AI could easily do now a days. Only once they managed to be helpful to me. I lost 20k in 1h and I requested lossback and they gave me 1k.
