Unfair Stake Promotion Experience

I received a promotional email from Stake offering a $300 bonus if I placed $300+ wagers per day on sports for five consecutive days.

I followed the exact requirements from April 3rd to April 9th, wagering consistently each day as instructed. However, when I contacted support to claim the bonus, I was told that I was “not eligible” — with no clear explanation provided.

The only response I received was that their marketing team decided I could not receive the bonus. No detailed reason, no clarification, nothing.

This feels extremely unfair and misleading. If users meet all the stated conditions, they should either receive the promised reward or at least be given a transparent explanation if something went wrong.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with this promotion?
