Wagered over $1,000,000 in under a month on Stake and I’m playing consistently every day.

Despite this level of activity, I’m currently receiving no meaningful bonuses and no proper VIP-level treatment. This doesn’t reflect how high-volume players should be recognized or retained on the platform.

I’ve already reached out to support, but I’m still getting standard responses that don’t address the level of play I bring.

I’m not here to complain — I’m looking for clarity:

• How are high-volume players actually evaluated?

• At what point does a player qualify for a dedicated VIP host?

• Is this really the maximum level of rewards for this level of wagering?

I enjoy playing on Stake, but I’m starting to question whether my activity is being properly valued.

Would appreciate a proper review or guidance from the team.

Last week I had 700+ tickets and didn’t win anything.
This week I had 300+ tickets and again didn’t win.

I fully understand raffles are based on luck, but at this level of participation, it starts to feel discouraging when there’s no return at all — especially combined with the current level of rewards overall.

Just trying to understand:
• Is there any transparency on how raffle draws are conducted?
• Are all tickets truly equal regardless of player level or activity?

I enjoy the platform, but I think it’s fair to question the value and experience from a high-volume player perspective.

Would appreciate some clarity from the team.

Man i am plat 4 and I get your frustration. Deposited over 60k in various tokens and the overall experiennce of a constant high roller feels a bit like a struggle.

In my journey with Stake, the beginning was surprising and the fact that the rewards were structured like they are turned some bad days in good ones where memories / moments were created.  However after reaching platinum 1 towards 2, it started getting more and more unpleasant and upsetting and frustrating in regards to their technical knowledge when asked to explain and provide info on a issues such as crashes of games and incidents of bugs which caused token losses.

I suggest taking regular breaks and switching between games / activity in order to diversify your bet actvity in the attempt to maintain and gather bonuses based on the wager instead of trying to land  maxwin on one.

Best of luck moving forward
