RandyRG Posted April 24 #1 Posted April 24 Hey everyone, I’m making this post because I genuinely want to understand if others in a similar position feel the same, and hopefully get some clarity from the team. I’ve been consistently wagering $1M+ per month, and I consider myself a loyal, long-term player. I enjoy the platform and have stuck with it, but lately I’ve been feeling a bit overlooked when it comes to recognition and rewards. For example, my recent post-monthly bonus was around $83, which honestly feels very low considering my level of activity and volume. I’m not here to complain just for the sake of it — I understand there are many factors involved — but it’s hard not to feel like high-volume players should receive a bit more attention or appreciation. I don’t currently feel much engagement or acknowledgment as a high roller, whether through rewards, communication, or personalized treatment. Even something as simple as clearer transparency or interaction would go a long way. I’d really like to know: Are other high rollers experiencing similar rewards? Is there something I might be missing in how bonuses are calculated? Is there a way to improve communication or recognition for players at this level? At this level of wagering, I believe loyalty and consistency should be reflected more clearly. I’m open to understanding the system better, but right now it feels misaligned. Again, I’m posting this with respect — I enjoy the platform and want to continue playing here, but I think this is worth discussing. Appreciate any feedback from the community or team. @Stake Casino @Stake Farsi @Eddie @stake forum @Edward @stake insider MdSHBiR247, daxer123, louis.panetie and 3 others 1 2 1 1 1
KaiZidan Posted April 26 #3 Posted April 26 Respect for posting this so openly. A lot of people probably feel the same but never say it. At your level of play, loyalty and consistency should definitely count for something. Even if rewards vary behind the scenes, better communication and recognition for players like you would go a long way. Wishing you some huge wins ahead, Randy. Players like you help keep the platform strong. Stay lucky, hope they treat you right — and if your next big hit comes in, remember the small players cheering for you 😄 Stake id : KaiZidan🤞🥰 Markova64 and RandyRG 1 1

BrownEarth Posted April 27 #5 Posted April 27 Pretty much the same. Wager 600k+ and post bonus 80$ with plat2. I think bonus will much lower on the wager from table game, since I only play live table casino. KaiZidan and RandyRG 2

With stats like these, your point about better recognition is valid. Hope you get the acknowledgment you're looking for from the team soon. RandyRG 1
Astar19 Posted April 27 #8 Posted April 27 Damn 1 million plus wager and after negative $13K the post was only $83? That’s so bad my wager was $75K and the post I received was half of your $40 i really don’t understand how they calculate anyone’s bonus plus they don’t give any clarification regarding why u received less that’s really concerning!

Asad537 Posted April 27 #10 Posted April 27 That is honestly a massive amount of wagering and getting only 83 dollars in bonus is just not right. I feel like we all need to raise our voices against this. We deserve to know exactly what calculation base they are using to distribute these bonuses because it makes no sense at all
