Code banned?

So I received my first ever code ban from stake and I'm HEATED, please enlighten me why on earth you would code ban me? I have never ever in my life had more then 1 account, I have never ever in my life used code claimers or bots, and my stats are all negative for the month/fortnite/week and day this week was the first time in 6 months i was able to claim the 6 stream drops quick enough and directly after the Eddie stream ended I got the code ban email, this is CRAZY to me, i thought only people who abuse the drops or claim to many got these not loyal playing in good faith players is there somewhere I can appeal this? cause im fucking choked!

I have contacted my VIP host regarding this, should I wait for a reply from them before contacting support? because support are kinda useless and just say "this is a marketing team issue"

Doesn't hurt to ask them, in case the VIP Host tells you to contact live support as well.

I was banned a while back, too.  Thought I was always going by the rules.  Can barely get the anyway.  Sometimes I am quick enough.  I did ask my VIP host, but she could not tell me why I would be banned.  Just said, it's only for a week and then, "Sorry".  I think it's random because I hear the same thing from many people.  One guy on Reddit was banned several times in a short period and he never received an answer why either.  It was your turn.
