I upgraded my VIP level to Platinum with $80,000 in wagers for the month, losing $1,400 that month, and when I went to claim the reward, I only received $200, not a penny more, and they gave me a $1 bonus. One dollar for someone who wagers $80,000 a month and is losing is ridiculous.

I asked support to send a review to the responsible department, but they simply ignored it and gave me the usual automated responses. Disappointing.
