I completed all the required conditions exactly as stated in the offer. According to the terms, the bonus may take up to 48 hours to be credited. I waited the full 48 hours, but unfortunately, I did not receive any bonus. I contacted live support through the website, and the only response I received was that I am “not eligible” for the offer, without any explanation or clarification. When I asked for more details, I kept getting the same response with no additional information. My questions are: How is it possible to receive a promotional offer, complete all its requirements, and then be told I am not eligible? Why is there no clear explanation provided for this rejection? I confirm that I have met all the conditions of the offer as stated, and based on that, I request to receive the promised $75 bonus. I kindly ask the administration to clarify this matter transparently, as such experiences affect users’ trust in promotional offers. Thank you.
