i sent the mail to recoverystake.com  when the stake customer support  said . but it tooks 48 hours above. I sent the mail from May 5 to this May 9. It is normal or not ????

Please, have some patience, since they have thousands of emails waiting to be processed.
If you send multiple emails, the system could recognize you as a spammer, so sending many emails is not recommended because your email could be marked as spam.

Since you have already sent many emails, it’s best to wait for some time and see how the situation unfolds.
