I requested a service to change the Gmail linked to my Stake account on May 4, 2026. All the other information was filled in correctly. However, I forgot that the account was originally verified using my ID card, so during the verification process I accidentally submitted my passport instead. 

The information on both my ID card and passport is exactly the same because they are both my real and original personal documents. However, Stake Support said that the account information did not match and told me they would update it within 24 hours. Until now, I still have not received any reply. Is this normal?

It’s best to follow the instructions from the Account Recovery team, as they are the only ones who can assist you with this case.
