At my current age, I finally realized that: Don't spend money you don't have, to impress people you don't like.

It sounds so basic, but when you're younger, you always feel that pressure to have the flashiest gear or the latest trends just to fit in. Now, I couldn't care less. I’d much rather have peace of mind and a healthy balance than a bunch of stuff just to show off to people who don't even matter.

At my age i realized that you can never trust someone 100% even if its the person you have strong feelings for, and that nobody is perfect but if they want to they can become the best possible version of themselves for you. People are waaay to selfish nowadays and they just look at how others treat them but they never stopped and thought about how they treat others. I always say ''treat others how you want to be treated''.

  • Manifesting is real.
  • Your thoughts shape your life.
  • Always try to do one more rep.
  • Pay yourself first, like you owe it to yourself.
  • Spend more time in silence and in nature.
  • Detox yourself more often.
  • And last but not least, I never cared what others think. I just wish I hadn’t cared even more.
  • Move further from the bank so you can laugh longer.Ā

I believe health is the most valuable part of life, because without good health, nothing else truly matters.

To take care of it, we should understand our body’s unique needs and choose foods that nourish us in the right way.

Consulting a nutritionist can help us make better choices and avoid unhealthy products that are often promoted in advertisements.

In the end, health is not just about one person, it is about the whole family. When we care for our loved ones’ well-being along with our own, it creates a cycle of happiness, because when they are healthy and happy, we feel happy too.

That's deep and so true. šŸ‘

"Treat others how you want to be treated" a classic but many forget it.

Selfishness is real nowadays.

Now I have learned how to value my hard earned money.

Nothing teaches you the value of money like earning it yourself. Parents were right all along šŸ˜„ Thanks for sharing

Health really is everything. Without it, money means nothing. And you're right, it's not just about yourself, but the whole family. Happy family, happy life

I finally understand why people say time moves faster as you get older. And I'm not happy about it... :/Ā

Real. Time really does speed up as you get older. No one warned us how fast it would go

That most things I used to stress about didn’t really matter, and I wasted so much energy worrying about situations that eventually passed or worked themselves out. Getting older made me realize that protecting your peace is way more important than overthinking everything. I also realized that the only thing that truly matters is the health of the people I love and my own.🧔

started realizing that peace is more valuable than proving a point. Not every friendship lasts forever, not every delay ruins my life, and not every silence means someone hates me.Ā

Some things fall apart not to punish meĀ  — but to make room for a version of me that thinks clearer šŸ„€.
