Gold VIP Weekly Bonus Question — 28k Wager / Need Clarification

Hello Stake community,

I wanted to share my situation and ask for some advice or clarification.

This week I wagered around 28,000 USDT, mostly on casino games, including Crash. I am currently Gold VIP, and despite being very active, my weekly bonus was only 66 USDT.

I also collected tickets for the 75k Weekly Raffle Giveaway, but unfortunately I did not win anything there either.

I understand that bonuses and giveaways are never guaranteed, and I respect how the system works. I am not here to complain, but after this level of activity, wager, and losses, I was honestly hoping for a little more support or maybe some extra consideration from the team.

Has anyone else experienced something similar at Gold VIP level?

@inainauk if you have a moment, I would really appreciate it if you could take a look or give some guidance. Any extra support or bonus consideration would mean a lot.

Yes, I was in the same situation. And they recalculated my weekly a few times after I repeatedly contacted them via live chat and email. So you just need to push it through different channels, and there are good odds they will add something substantial on top of what you've already got. Good luck with that.

For me, reaching both Silver and Gold resulted in higher extra than what I received for reaching Platinum for some reason. 

Silver: 
$50 for the Silver VIP level
$122 as an extra for your gameplay

Gold:
$110 for the Gold VIP level
$173 as an extra for your gameplay

Platinum I:
$200 base bonus for Platinum I VIP level
$20 extra on your recent gameplay
