 I get an error message "You are not logged into the game", even though you are playing an active game. I can't log in, and I get a "Disconnect" error message When trying to connect with direct technical support, this is the first time I have encountered this issue. Please help and respond as soon as possible. Pragmatic Play

Yes, I have reached, but there is no solution. I need one of the developers to contact me so that the problem is solved. It has been presented on other platforms and has been solved, but I do not know why it is difficult for you to solve the problem. 

I feel like it's not a fair gamble, I might waste money. How do you choose a husband? And you get into the game, place a bet, and when you discover that the game is performing as usual you take a step back, and open the game again. This message shown in the attached image appears, and it must be logged in how. Is there a login for this company? Other than logging into the site. Does that make sense  ((Pragmatic Play))

I am speaking from experiences of the same manner and i can only tell you what happened to me.  The no solution is there solution.  Why would they solve your problem when they dont have too.  Let me know if something happens I am very curious to know.  Who is to regulate surely not a post this is simply providing information  with out any solution to protect them not you or me.

Of course, brother, I'll tell you and tell everyone if it's solved, but so far the money is just wasted on saliva.
