Is this how you get out paying out your give aways Stake?

Stake used to have customer support that far exceded any other out there but apparently thats gone. My wife bmg recently completed a christmas challange exactly as instructed yet support says shes not eligable because after completeing the challeng and posting the bet id as instructed she re-entered ghost mode. Her bets are posted with her name clearly over the bet id for support to see however she is told thats not good enough when they checked the bets  she was in ghost mode and the bet could not be verified thats just rediculos Stakes bet id system already showed the bets are hers. Can you not trust your own system Stake? How is it you cant verify the bets below are made by bmg? How did she not qualify for the prize awarded? Her name is above every bet. Why is Stake trying to cheat its players on give aways?

thank u babe very well said. I worked very hard on that challenge but i guess that didn't matter.  They just don't care about some of the loyal players anymore!

That's one of the rules in the challenges , If you don't follow rules  you are not eligible for the Giveaway , the post you make is just for "submitting" the bet , the bets need to be checked as not all submissions are correct and while checking if the bet turns up "hidden" it violates the rules ez . Explained this to @bmg too in chat, so closing this topic :)
