Not able to control my losses

I have been struggling with a high-risk betting habit where I frequently 'go all in' on low-odds outcomes(1.02x) , only to suffer significant losses. I am looking for advice on whether there are any viable strategies to manage risk and recover these losses, or if I should stop betting altogether.

ngl is a very important thing l started doing this also playing dice saying bet high win some little money only finding myself on a loosing

well there is no easy money in internet ... i think you lack in motivation and steer by fears ... u just need to argue with urself to keep selfconfidence ... you pay just for entertainment ... like a ticket for cinema ... when u lend somebody money is lost forever ... surely would be great when u will get it back ... same here put inside what u can afford to lose ...  don't revenge trade ... just sleepover ... try different strategy by the next day ... keep small profit and try other things than gambling ... but with a good feeling ... even it's small win.
