Self-Excluded for 10 Years 😔

Today I logged into stake.com⁠� and found out that my account was automatically self-excluded for 10 years. I genuinely wasn’t expecting this, so it was really shocking and upsetting to see.

I’ve enjoyed being part of the community and using the platform responsibly, which is why I’m trying to understand what happened and whether anything can be reviewed.

If anyone has gone through a similar situation or knows what steps I can take, please let me know. I would really appreciate any help or guidance on whether there’s any possibility to remove or review this self-exclusion. 🙏
