why i never got any email bonus

im already platinium 2  but never got any kind of bonus email why.  only weekly monthly.    other getting somekind of weird bonuses

I think you can reach to support to confirm if you're not receiving bonuses, you can also try checking if you have unclaimed ones in settings > transactions > unclaimed promotions

iam bronze and got 2 bonuses already as i know the higher your rank is the lower your bonus will be and also i think since you are gold or higher you wont get a email bonus anymore
