Laura2000 Posted December 17, 2018 #1 Posted December 17, 2018 I want to explain my feelings after being disqualified by Jelena in the 15th seasonal challenge, I read the post Win 15 cards at hilo, mines... dice... bla bla bla... and i see the coins and think was finish, but not... it was a second part to put a post with 200 words... hidden below. Thanks Jelena to organize your post in that disastrous way, you destroy me half month of work doing all the events, your challenge was not extremely difficult and expensive, so you need to add a hidden part after the coins requirements... who think could be more requirements after? stupid organization dear. But the most annoying thing is how arbitrarily they work, and the power this people of support has, the are the gods in this virtual kingdom. Who is judging them, if they are doing a proper job or they are proposing stupidities , who is in charge of this people i will want to talk some words with him.... how they decide yes or nor, or a prize? Thanks Jelena, i will lost the month challenge, learnt to post clearly an in order, and by happy in your Godness Chair
irawk0 Posted December 17, 2018 #2 Posted December 17, 2018 Looks like you and a bunch of other people skimmed the topic without actually reading the entire thread (I looked through a few entries and alot of them didn't have a linked topic) I'm a bit confused, since Support gave more than enough time, which is 24hrs, to read through it. Keep in mind this is a Challenge but more specifically a giveaway, afaik staff has all the power when deciding the rules for these since it's money coming from Stake's pocket. I don't think complaining will really help, since if challenges prove too difficult due to complaints, Stake can simply stop hosting them. Pretty sure it's already hard enough to verify each entry as it is btw...
CaptainLorca Posted December 17, 2018 #3 Posted December 17, 2018 Believe me. A lot of people busted doing the Challenges. Even I read one topic wrong and also busted some amount one time ;)! You have to read the topic entirely. I read it more than once while doing the challenge. A challenge also implies to be hard. Jelena did nothing to you, she just created the challenge. Next time make sure you read the topic entirely and every rule. If you're still unsure, read it again or ask support if anything is unclear.
VIP Host Jelena Posted December 17, 2018 VIP Host #4 Posted December 17, 2018 Hey Laura, I'm sorry you are unsatisfied with the challenge and how I 'organized' requirements. First part of the challenge refers to stake games, and from my point of view, it was logical to place all bet requirements in one place and separate Forum requirement in another. I never hid it, it's clearly stated and marked. We even have a spoiler (hidden content) where challenge is explained in more detail. Again, I'm sorry you aren't among winners, but it's a bit selfish to blame me for that. Like Captain mentioned, make sure to always read the topic entirely and contact us on Support if any additional explanation is needed. We are only doing what is in our job description, which is in this case, reviewing the entries and credit only users who met all requirements, I'm not really sure how that can be described as power abuse.
williamshennie9 Posted December 17, 2018 #5 Posted December 17, 2018 Well I suggest you take the time to read the requirements in full before you participate. Also, if you are complaining about free money - then simply do not enter if they are unfair
eldrindcm Posted December 17, 2018 #6 Posted December 17, 2018 How come more than 70 users has successfully did the said challenge? If you found that part today, how come you haven't found it yesterday, but more than 70 people found/able to read it? Nope, I don't find the thread organized stupidly, everyone just need to learn to READ EVERYTHING.
Dan Posted December 17, 2018 #7 Posted December 17, 2018 If there was a communication issue, then we would have seen far more people fail. Don't be so foolish by blaming your own laziness on someone else.
