Complaint Regarding Unfair Bonus Eligibility and Lack of Promotions

Hello Stake Team,

I would like to submit a complaint regarding the bonuses and promotions on my account. I have already contacted Stake support multiple times and also sent emails to the community complaints team, but I keep receiving the same response that it is up to the marketing team.

Since joining Stake, I have never received any ladder bonus, deposit bonus, or wager bonus. This feels very unfair, especially considering that many other users regularly receive different types of promotional bonuses.

Additionally, my account (gif777) is currently overall in loss, and I am already 40% progressed through Bronze level, yet I have still not received any promotional reward even once.

I kindly request the team to review my account fairly and provide a proper explanation or consideration regarding this matter.

Unfortunately, only Community Managers respond to questions on the Stake Forum, and even here, you would receive the same answer. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to contact our marketing team directly.

Присоединюсь!  До повышения статуса платина 4 получал огромное количество писем с бонусами! После поднятия статуса платина 4-диаманд 1! Число писем с бонусами не то что спало,а почти пропало! Разница катострафически огромна! Так же писал и менеджеру и в поддержку-ответ один!

Sorry you’re going through that one too meet if I was through God maintenance I was 75% through platinum with Don bones true needs more. I know that the recent gameplay bonus level up, etc. but those are supposed to be there when you have velocity slots playing losses after loss and nothing but tutor VIP my monthly this was 175,000 126,000. I am now 80% better with no level of bonus nothing. I don’t usually come bonuses that are less than dollar or five. Those are we just getting ready in time selling my life rules his bonus born. Babe, you never know Mustafa I played a lot. I lost him under 2000 and you know what I mean weekly was $400 and so was my monthly know what I mean but I get that loss this month has been trash. I haven’t been appreciative for even last month this month and not in July it’s that.
