Not able to claim VIP ladder

I have received this email on 1st of may and today i saw it but when i went to claim it it says code has been fully claimed and i’m not getting a proper agent in the stake chat support to talk to please help! @NemanjaPi @DragoslavP @MilicaRa

Maybe the code expire bcoz you delayed too many days to claim it ....

I tried but i’m only getting few options like bonus - monthly bonus- weekly that’s no proper format to write them only bots are replying
